━Terms And Conditions━

Please make sure to read everything properly.

1. Client and Artist will discuss first about what the Client would like for the commission, sending plenty of pictures or references is highly encouraged.
Artist may refuse to work on certain commissions, depending on the subject.2. DO NOT SEND the payment without the Artist sending an invoice first.
Doing so means it'll be accepted as a donation or tip.
Invoice will be sent via Paypal after price and details of the commission have been agreed on.3. 50% of the total fee will be paid as installment before work is started.
Queue list is done on a first come, first serve basis, but if the installment hasn't been paid, Artist will be working with the next Client on the queue.4. If at any point the Client chooses to cancel the contract and forfeit the work done so far, any payments already made are non-refundable.4. Major changes and revisions can only be done during the early working stages which includes the sketches and rough coloring. Only minor revisions are possible once rough coloring phase is done.5. Artist will regularly send updates of the artwork through the whole progress and would highly appreciate your feedback on the WIP artwork.6. Client will receive the digital image file in full resolution via a Google Drive link after sending the final installment of the payment. (There will be no shipping of any physical product whatsoever.)7. Artist holds rights over the finished product/artwork unless stated otherwise via licensing agreement/contract.8. Do not remove any of the watermarks/signature.
No alterations/edits are to be done to the final product unless Artist explicitly agreed to it.
When asked, Client must properly identify Artist as the creator of the artwork. Client may not seek to mislead others that the artwork was created by anyone other than Artist.9. Client is free to share the artist's works with others, but only for personal use.
Client may not use the artwork for commercial use or distribution unless given explicit permission by the artist.10. If at any point the client has failed to respond to sketches or status updates provided for a period of longer than two weeks this contract may be rendered void and further work will require renegotiation.11. None of the artworks, whether commissioned or publicly shared personal works, are to be used in AI models (such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc) for training or generating images.12. By paying the initial installment, the Client is agreeing to all terms described above.
